Other than plumbing issues (taking a shower - water stacks up to ankles in the bath tub/water randomly gets intermittently hotter every 20 seconds or so) We called maintenance and they said there's nothing they can do about it. Kind of frustrating, as I like to take hot showers, but when that problem occurs it turns the water to skin-sizzling hot, like I said, every 20 seconds or so... just for 2-3 seconds at a time)... other than that I'm really impressed

I have been here for 2 years. The old manager was very nice and so is the new one . I love this place ,my neighbors are good people. Love my 3 br place . I regret that I have to down size now and have to move . This place is a nice place to stay ..
