Perfect location; friendly staff; large apartments with great floor plans! I recently moved from Forest Cove after 8 years there- and am considering moving back when my current lease is up. I miss the location, the spacious apartment and heated pool. Great place!!

I have been living at Forest Cove since July of this year. Upon moving in, there were a few things that needed to be addressed with the apartment. As busy as they were, the Forest Cove staff jumped right on it to help us get everything sorted out; all while maintaining professionalism. They have been renovating since we moved in and the complex looks great! Thank you to April and Kalee for always taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and making sure our needs and concerns are addressed as tenants.

Had it’s ups and downs but the new owners seem to be trying to turn it around and are doing upgrades inside and out. Off of a loud busy road but decent price for what you get especially if they continue to renovate

I just wanted to say thank you guys for doing your best and coming to resolve my issue with the heater and the hot water. I understand you guys having busy days and unable to get to everything all in one day done. But in just a few days everything working great and I’m very satisfied with everything.
