My wife and I moved here from Florida and decided to rent a one bedroom apartment from Forest Cove. We arranged for the rental across the country and Anna took care of us the whole time. The unit was EXACTLY as expected from the pictures. It was spacious, new floors, clean and only the screens needed repairs which were replaced pretty quickly. I cannot rave enough about this community and its leasing staff. Anna and her team listen and truly care about the residents (even the difficult ones). We didn't know anything about living here in Colorado and that was intimidating, however, we never had to worry about the place that we lived. The move in process was seamless and the move out process was just as effortless. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a safe, clean and well maintained apartment. The area is also great with tons of shops, restaurants and parks with in walking distance. Thank you Forest Cove.

Jose the maintenace man is always quick to respond to any issues and get them fixed same day or within that same week. Very fast, good at his job, very respectful and friendly. 100% recommend asking for him if you need anything fixed. Very reliable and trustworthy. Has fixed numerous issues in unit 59 since the year and a half we have been here
